Objective:
Troubleshoot emails stuck in the Outbox in Outlook for Windows.


Steps:

  1. Check the Internet Connection

    • Ensure you are connected to the internet.
    • If Outlook is offline, click Send/Receive > Work Offline to reconnect.

  2. Clear Large Attachments

    • Go to the Outbox folder.
    • If an email with a large attachment is stuck, open it, reduce the file size, and resend.

  3. Restart Outlook

    • Close and reopen Outlook to refresh the connection.
    • Go to Send/Receive > Send All to resend emails from the Outbox.
