Objective:
Troubleshoot emails stuck in the Outbox in Outlook for Windows.
Steps:
Check the Internet Connection
- Ensure you are connected to the internet.
- If Outlook is offline, click Send/Receive > Work Offline to reconnect.
Clear Large Attachments
- Go to the Outbox folder.
- If an email with a large attachment is stuck, open it, reduce the file size, and resend.
Restart Outlook
- Close and reopen Outlook to refresh the connection.
- Go to Send/Receive > Send All to resend emails from the Outbox.
