Objective:
Help troubleshoot Outlook not connecting to the Exchange server.


Steps:

  1. Check Internet Connection

    • Ensure that the internet connection is stable.
    • Go to Send/Receive and check for errors.

  2. Repair Outlook Profile

    • Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    • Select the account, click Repair, and follow the prompts.

  3. Reconfigure Exchange Settings

    • If the problem persists, remove the Exchange account and add it back using File > Account Settings > New.
