Objective:
Help troubleshoot Outlook not connecting to the Exchange server.
Steps:
Check Internet Connection
- Ensure that the internet connection is stable.
- Go to Send/Receive and check for errors.
Repair Outlook Profile
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select the account, click Repair, and follow the prompts.
Reconfigure Exchange Settings
- If the problem persists, remove the Exchange account and add it back using File > Account Settings > New.
