Objective:
Help troubleshoot calendar sync issues between Outlook and Office 365.


Steps:

  1. Ensure Internet Connectivity

    • Confirm that Outlook is connected to the internet and not in Work Offline mode.

  2. Check Account Settings

    • Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    • Select the account, click Change, and verify the sync settings.

  3. Clear and Re-add the Calendar

    • Remove the calendar from Calendars > Shared Calendars and add it again by clicking Open Calendar > From Address Book.
