Objective:
Help troubleshoot calendar sync issues between Outlook and Office 365.
Steps:
Ensure Internet Connectivity
- Confirm that Outlook is connected to the internet and not in Work Offline mode.
- Confirm that Outlook is connected to the internet and not in Work Offline mode.
Check Account Settings
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select the account, click Change, and verify the sync settings.
Clear and Re-add the Calendar
- Remove the calendar from Calendars > Shared Calendars and add it again by clicking Open Calendar > From Address Book.
