Objective:
Guide for how to schedule emails to be sent later in Outlook.


Steps:

  1. Compose the Email

    • Create the email as usual by going to Home > New Email.

  2. Set a Delay Delivery

    • Go to Options > Delay Delivery.
    • Under Delivery Options, set the desired date and time to send the email.
    • Click Close and Send. The email will stay in the Outbox until the scheduled time.
