Objective:
Help users troubleshoot problems with the Track Changes feature in Word.
Steps:
Ensure Track Changes is Enabled
- Go to Review > Track Changes and ensure it is turned on.
- Go to Review > Track Changes and ensure it is turned on.
Change Tracking Options
- Go to Review > Show Markup and select the changes you want to display (comments, insertions, etc.).
- Verify the Display for Review option is set to All Markup.
