Objective:
Explains how to set up and disable forwarding of all incoming emails in Outlook on the Web.


Steps:


To Set Up Email Forwarding:

  1. Log into Outlook on the Web:

  2. Open Settings:

    • Click on the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner, then select View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
  3. Go to Mail > Forwarding:

    • In the settings menu, go to Mail > Forwarding.
  4. Enable Forwarding and Enter Email Address:

    • Check the box next to Enable forwarding and enter the email address where you want to forward incoming emails.
  5. Choose to Keep a Copy (Optional):

    • If you want to keep a copy of forwarded messages in your Outlook inbox, check Keep a copy of forwarded messages.
  6. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply the forwarding settings.

To Disable Email Forwarding:

  1. Access Forwarding Settings:

    • Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Forwarding.
  2. Turn Off Forwarding:

    • Uncheck Enable forwarding to stop forwarding all emails, then click Save.
