Objective:
Explains how to set up and disable forwarding of all incoming emails in Outlook on the Web.
Steps:
To Set Up Email Forwarding:
Log into Outlook on the Web:
- Open your browser, go to https://outlook.office.com, and sign in with your Office 365 credentials.
Open Settings:
- Click on the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner, then select View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
Go to Mail > Forwarding:
- In the settings menu, go to Mail > Forwarding.
Enable Forwarding and Enter Email Address:
- Check the box next to Enable forwarding and enter the email address where you want to forward incoming emails.
Choose to Keep a Copy (Optional):
- If you want to keep a copy of forwarded messages in your Outlook inbox, check Keep a copy of forwarded messages.
Save Changes:
- Click Save to apply the forwarding settings.
To Disable Email Forwarding:
Access Forwarding Settings:
- Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Forwarding.
Turn Off Forwarding:
- Uncheck Enable forwarding to stop forwarding all emails, then click Save.
