Objective:

This guide helps users set up Office 365 apps (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) on their mobile devices.


Steps:

  1. Download Office 365 Apps

    • For iOS:
      • Open the App Store and search for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
    • For Android:
      • Open the Google Play Store and search for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.

  2. Install and Open Outlook

    • Once the app is installed, open Microsoft Outlook.
    • Enter your work email address and password when prompted.
    • Follow the prompts to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if required.

  3. Set Up Teams

    • Open the Microsoft Teams app.
    • Sign in with your Office 365 credentials (email and password).
    • Enable notifications to ensure you don’t miss important messages and meetings.

  4. Sync OneDrive

    • Open the OneDrive app and sign in with your Office 365 credentials.
    • Enable file syncing to have access to your cloud files on your mobile device.
