Objective:
This guide helps users set up Office 365 apps (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) on their mobile devices.
Steps:
Download Office 365 Apps
- For iOS:
- Open the App Store and search for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store and search for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Open the Google Play Store and search for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- For iOS:
Install and Open Outlook
- Once the app is installed, open Microsoft Outlook.
- Enter your work email address and password when prompted.
- Follow the prompts to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if required.
Set Up Teams
- Open the Microsoft Teams app.
- Sign in with your Office 365 credentials (email and password).
- Enable notifications to ensure you don’t miss important messages and meetings.
Sync OneDrive
- Open the OneDrive app and sign in with your Office 365 credentials.
- Enable file syncing to have access to your cloud files on your mobile device.
