Steps to Install AnyDesk on a Samsung/Android Device
Step 1: Download AnyDesk
Open the Google Play Store:
- On your Android device, tap the Play Store icon.
Search for AnyDesk:
- In the search bar at the top, type AnyDesk Remote Desktop and tap Search.
Install the App:
- Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
- Once installed, tap Open to launch the AnyDesk app.
Step 2: Grant Required Permissions
Allow Access to Your Device:
- When prompted, tap Accept & Continue.
- Grant the necessary permissions for AnyDesk to function properly, including:
- Display over other apps (required for remote control).
- Accessibility permissions (to allow full remote access).
Set Up Accessibility Permissions (For Remote Control Support):
- If you are asked to enable Accessibility Service:
- Tap Open Settings.
- Scroll down and select Installed Services or Accessibility.
- Find AnyDesk Control Service and tap it.
- Toggle it ON, then confirm by selecting Allow.

Step 3: Share Your AnyDesk Address
Find Your AnyDesk Address:
- On the main screen, you will see a 9-digit AnyDesk address (e.g.,
123 456 789
). - Share this number with the support agent who will connect to your device.

Accept the Connection Request:
- When the support agent attempts to connect, you will see a pop-up requesting access.
- Select the checkboxes and then tap Accept to allow the remote session.
Additional Notes:
- If You Have Connection Issues: Ensure that you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data before starting the session.
- If You Want Full Remote Control (Optional): Some Samsung devices may require additional permissions for full remote control access. Follow the instructions in the app to grant these.
- Ending the Session: You can end the remote session at any time by tapping Disconnect.
